AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BENQ CORP.
eSupport is a web service created and operated by BenQ Corp. Which provides technical information of BenQ products. The content of eSupport currently includes: Technical Library, Technical Bulletin, Technical Problem Feedback, CSD Family News and Spare Parts List.
These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and BenQ. You must accept without modification all of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in these Terms of Use in order to access and use eSupport. If you do not accept these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may not access or use eSupport.
CONTENT USE LIMITATION
You may only use eSupport for the scope of service specified in BenQ Authorized Service Provider agreement. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell any information, or software that are part of eSupport except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use.
PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
You are required to create and maintain one (1) account to access the contents in eSupport. To set up an account, you must provide correct information required in the next page. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. Furthermore, you are responsible for all actions pertaining to your account and you agree to notify BenQ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. BenQ reserves the right to take necessary legal actions for any loss that may incur as a result of any unauthorized person using your account or your password. You are also obligated to inform upon termination of providing service to BenQ products.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of eSupport, you agree that you will not use eSupport for any purpose that is unlawful or contrary to these Terms of Use. You also may not use eSupport in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair eSupport or interfere with any other party's use. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any eSupport account, computer systems or networks associated with eSupport. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through eSupport.
TERMINATION / ACCESS AND RESTRICTION OF ACCESS
BenQ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to eSupport or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
BenQ may also terminate or suspend your access to eSupport for inactivity, which is defined as failing to sign in to eSupport for an extended period of time, as determined by BenQ Upon termination of your eSupport account, your right to use eSupport immediately ceases.
These terms of use notices are subject to be modified without prior notice.
